By downloading, installing, or using Sauner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App is a tool for recording time and heart rate during sauna sessions and visualizing your wellness as a "Totonoi Score." It integrates with Apple Watch to obtain heart rate data and analyze sessions.
3. Important Warnings
⚠️ Apple Watch Usage Warning
Apple Watch's operating temperature range is 0°C to 35°C (32°F to 95°F). Using it in sauna rooms (typically 80°C to 100°C / 176°F to 212°F) is outside Apple's recommended range.
Use in high-temperature environments may cause device damage or malfunction. The developer assumes no responsibility for any damage to Apple Watch resulting from using this App.
⚠️ Health Warning
This App is not a medical device. Heart rate and scores displayed in the App cannot be used for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes.
If you feel unwell during sauna use, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Using saunas while considering their own health condition
- Making judgments about Apple Watch usage environments
- Managing data recorded by the App
- Complying with sauna facility rules
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." The developer assumes no responsibility for the following arising from use of the App:
- Device damage or malfunction
- Data loss
- Health problems
- Other direct or indirect damages
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights related to the App and its content (including design, logos, and text) belong to the developer or its licensors.
7. Changes to Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App or on the website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
