Is Apple Watch required?

Apple Watch is required for heart rate monitoring. You can record time with iPhone only, but heart rate data is needed for Totonoi Score calculation.

Is it safe to use Apple Watch in the sauna?

Apple Watch operating temperature is 0-35°C. Using it in saunas (80-100°C) is outside Apple's recommended range. Please use at your own discretion.

Is there a fee?
